Portugese Laurel. One of the most versatile evergreen shrubs around with attractive, glossy, dark green leaves. Produces slender white flower racemes late spring/summer. One of the most popular hedging & topiary plants in NZ, creating an excellent formal hedge or screen. Tolerates a wide range of conditions but not wet sites.
